Attendees are required to pre-register and receive confirmation from the Conference Secretariat.

Cancelation Policy:

In case of cancellation until 19/07/2024 no cancellation fees will apply

From 220/7/2024 to12/8/2024: 50% cancellation fee

No refunds will be made in the event of any cancellations received after August 13th, 2024

2. Deposit Payment (within 5 days of the registration confirmation)
3. In case of multiple registrations (over 5): 50% deposit within 5 days of the registration confirmation and full payment until 11/08/2023
